Winter Qi & Tea: A Water Element Qigong Workshop & Happy Hour
Get to know qigong in an inviting workshop setting – perfect for beginners!
Join Jennie, founder of QiCurious Qigong, for a winter qigong workshop focused on the water element. Our workshop will begin with tea and a casual discussion about the characteristics of water as one of the Chinese 5 elements. We will explore the idea of relaxing into flow to move naturally toward our goals. Then, we will transition into a gentle qigong practice that focuses on the water element, being open to possibility, and going with the flow. We will even throw in a soothing self-massage for the feet. This practice is perfect for beginners and will soothe stress while boosting energy. Practice will end with guided meditation. You are welcome to lie down, sit or, if you prefer, you can journal during this time. We will close with the option to mingle and enjoy each other's company.

Through stretches, self-massage, activations, postures, and flowing forms, qigong gently carries your mind into the present through the movement of your body.
